Welcome to our Disney Holiday Vacation Villa.

Oue beautiful luxury 6bedroom, 5bathroom ranch home is charming  on the outside and huge on the inside. It has volume and trey ceilings and beautiful archways. It is just 3 miles from Disneyworld.and is located in the exclusive enclave section of Emerald  Island Resort.Our location  is ideal for shopping and golf and is close to all the parks and restaurents. For shopping Formosa Gardens Shopping Center is less than a mile away.

We went for almost two weeks with 11 people which can be difficult, but this home had enough space and was laid out for privace that it all went well. We never seemed to be in each others way. Most rooms had their own bathroom so getting ready was easy. Everything we needed was in the home. the only thing people may need to bring is a hair dryer as the wasn't enough for all bathrooms. The security was always at the gate and very helpfull. The are was quite with only one loud night and that didn't go late into the evening. Which was great because we had small children in bed. We would definitly book this home again and will be recommending it to other families.

Everyone had a great time. All parks ( Disney, universal water parks etc.)were easy access from our rental property at Emerald Isle. It was great to be able to jump in the pool we we got home from the parks on those hot sunny days in Florida. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. The airport was about 30 min. from the home which was great because we had to pick up several of my children from the airport and take them back for their flight home. The ice maker did not work , so we called Pam and she brought us some ice cube trays within the same day. I did not report it to Pam but, some of the lamps need light bulbs replaced in the bedrooms. Not a big deal for us because we were gone a lot and when we were home we swam in the awesome pool. The hot tub was great for tired feet and legs from all the walking we did at the parks. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and everyone had a great time. Thanks again. Jan Helt
 




Kitchen

Our fully equipped kitchen has an upgraded stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and all cooking utensils and dishes, including pots and pans.   A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.  There is a lovely breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen with a window overlooking the pool and patio area.
